Towards the end of 2020, I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Duncan of Flourish Wedding Design. This personal branding shoot was a key step in her re-brand and re-launch!
This two-location shoot began bright and early at Jetton Park in Lake Norman. When the skies are clear, it’s important to shoot when the light is still soft at the lake for best photo results.
Our second photo shoot location for this session was Kristina Kay’s beautiful studio in Downtown Mooresville. This is one of my favorite spaces to use for personal branding shoots because it is easy to transform to fit a given brand!
We got right to work and set up a floral workspace. This pretty setup showcases Jennifer’s bouquet skills and her pretty tools!
I arranged and took some detail shots. These images are perfect for website covers and behind-the-scenes social media posts!
Jennifer loves to select high-end ribbon to finish off her hand-held bouquets.
With a quick outfit change, Jennifer shifted into savvy business woman-mode. Blazers are always a sharp choice for headshots! We had the most beautiful window light to work with.
Together we rearranged the desk to what I call an “office staple workspace.” These images can be used to provide a natural segway for Jennifer to speak about her wedding planning services and all the things that she does to run her business behind-the-scenes!
By removing the blazer, Jen got a third “look” for these last few workspace shots! We added back in her beautiful bouquet.
It was a joy to work with Jennifer to create this fresh brand gallery for Flourish Wedding Design!
